This full-day training is designed for new or aspiring managers in the nonprofit and peer support field and is facilitated by Makana Agcaoili, leadership development expert at The Peer Company. Participants will also receive three (3) complimentary 30-minute 1:1 coaching sessions over the following year to support long-term growth.

The virtual training will be held Monday, September 21 from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM. This training will be hosted on Microsoft Teams. $169/person or $139/person for groups of 3 or more.

This in-person training will be held at The Peer Company’s admin office at 8935 SE Powell Blvd. from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM. $199/person or $169/person for groups of 3 or more. Lunch will be provided.
This full-day training equips executives and senior leaders with the strategic planning, change management, and resilience-building skills needed to lead their organizations through uncertainty with confidence. Participants will leave with practical frameworks they can apply immediately to guide their teams forward.

Strategic Planning
Why strategic planning is important, how they can create a strategic plan, identify key stakeholders, and discuss best practices
Change Management
Attendees will learn how to move from managing change individually to creating systemic and operational changes
Workforce Resilience
This final session will support leaders in understanding how to proactively and reactively develop a culture of resiliency to combat change fatigue and support overall wellbeing

Space is limited to 16 participants per session. Registration closes on Thursday, August 27 and attendees will be notified by Friday, August 28.
