Peerpocalypse Scholarship Selection Procedure
The Peer Company invites all peers to apply for a scholarship. Once the applications close, all identifying information will be removed from the applications, and they will be assigned a number. The Peer Company’s Culture and Belonging committee, which is made of peers determined to honor equity in the community, will review and score each applicant individually using the scoring rubric included in their respective scholarships. The scores will be submitted to the Peerpocalypse planning team and the average scores will be used to determine final eligibility from highest to lowest. Once the scores are determined, each awardee will be contacted with the news via email. If a recipient declines the award, the next in line will be contacted and offered a scholarship. The Peer Company does not replace the recipient with a person who did not apply. For any questions, please email us at peerpocalypse@thepeercompany.org
