Peerpocalypse Scholarship Selection Procedure

MHAAO invites all peers to apply for a scholarship. Once the applications close, all identifying information will be removed from the applications, and they will be assigned a number. MHAAO’s Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion committee, which is made of peers determined to honor equity in the community, will review and score each applicant individually using the scoring rubric included in their respective scholarships. The scores will be submitted to the Peerpocalypse Planning team and the average scores will be used to determine final eligibility from highest to lowest. Once the team coordinates the numbers with the Master key, each awardee will be contacted with the news. If a recipient declines the award, the next in line will be contacted and offered a scholarship. MHAAO does not replace the recipient with a person who did not apply. For any questions, please email us at peerpocalypse@mhaoforegon.org
