ROOTED AND RISING
Get ready for Peerpocalypse 2026! Peerpocalypse is our national convergence of peer leaders who want to be more involved in the peer support community. Every year, we host our event with the philosophy that peers have a wealth of knowledge and that the knowledge should be shared for the betterment of the movement.
This year’s theme is Rooted and Rising. This theme honors where we’ve come from, our grassroots beginnings and the deep roots that ground the peer movement. Our history is one of resilience, truth, and connection. As we continue to grow, we carry those roots with us, and use them to shape the future of peer support with the wisdom of lived experience. Rooted & Rising invites us to celebrate how far we’ve come and to reach higher together, guided by the values that make our community strong.
What is Peerpocalypse?
Join us from May 4-7, 2026 for Peerpocalypse, an action-packed four-day conference dedicated to peer support, wellness, and community. Whether you’re a peer support specialist, someone with lived experience in mental illness or addiction, or an ally, Peerpocalypse welcomes you. With activities, gatherings, and dozens of workshops led by experts in the peer support field, this event is the perfect opportunity to deepen your knowledge, gain new skills, and connect with others in the peer movement. This event is ideal for peer support professionals looking to complete CEUs, as well as anyone interested in expanding their understanding of peer wellness. It’s also a unique opportunity to meet and network with other peers, learn from leading experts, and be part of a community dedicated to advancing the peer movement. All attendees will have access to workshop recordings for 30 days following the event to continue learning at their own pace.
